How does Hiro notify me?

Hiro sends notifications to keep you informed about changes and updates to your financial accounts.

Notifications come across various channels:

  • Email
  • In-app notifications
  • Push notifications (if you have the iOS app installed)

Managing Notifications

You can enable and disable push notifications in the iOS application under settings.

Scheduling Chat Alerts

Scheduled chat alerts allow you to automatically receive financial insights and updates on a regular basis. This feature helps you stay on top of your finances without having to manually check in.

Setting Up Scheduled Chats

To create a scheduled chat alert:

  1. Start a new chat in Hiro
  2. Ask your financial question or request the insight you want to monitor
  3. Click the 3-dot menu (⋮) next to the chat in the sidebar and select "Schedule"
  4. Configure your schedule:
    • Choose your preferred frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
    • Select the time you want to receive the alert
    • Confirm your email notification preferences
